All Static Exhibitor Vehicles will be in the Arena.

Show Time: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Load Out:
5:15 PM ~ 7:30 PM

(Vehicles Must Not be moving in the Exhibit Space during Public Show Times, and for 15 minutes prior to and after. Remember to remove all Garbage at your Exhibit Space.)

Exhibitors May Wish to offer Other Exhibitors Specials for Joining them as fellow EV Fest 2015 Exhibitors, and May wish to offer EV Fest 2015 Guests and Visitors Discounts for During and for a short time After EV Fest 2015.
These are common practices you may wish to participate in directly, or by offering Coupons or pricing information specific to EV Fest 2015.

Please Note: For the best Rates - Register Early! Discounts are progressively reduced as we approach the dates for EV Fest, and have Late Fees for Late Registrants! Late Registrants may also have limited, if any, options for extras - Like Power, Placement, or other benefits!
